Your free lawn analysis will be done by a state licensed Lawn Technician. When completed, you will know where the problem areas are in your lawn and what we need to do to fix them. The lawn analysis will cover:

Grass Types-
Earth-N-Turf will identify the different types of grasses in your lawn and give our recommendation on which grass type best suits your property.

Problem Grasses-
There are certain grass types that are undesirable in a lawn. Earth-N-Turf will identify any problem grasses that may be invading your lawn and give our recommendations on how to keep them out.

Weed Identification-
Our Lawn Technician will identify the various types of weeds that may be in your lawn and then recommend a lawn program that will help to keep them out.

The color and thickness of your lawn is a good indicator of how healthy your lawn and soil really is. We will identify any problem areas and give our recommendations.

Good mowing practices are very important to the health of your lawn. We will give our recommendations on the correct mowing height for your grass type and discuss good mowing techniques.

Watering-
Your lawn needs at least one inch of water per week to stay healthy. Measuring how fast water comes out of your sprinkler is simple. Put out several 12 ounce soup cans under your sprinkler, note the time that it takes to fill the least filled can with ¼ inch of water, and multiply that number times four. This will tell you how many minutes to water once a week to get one inch of water.

The time of day that you water will also have an effect on your lawn. Always water in the morning. Watering at midday will cause you to lose valuable water to evaporation, and watering in the evening could leave the lawn damp overnight, which can cause a fungus to develop in the turf.
